What issues affect choreographers working in London today?

I am interested in learning what issues impact choreographers and dance artists working in the current climate. An aspect of my dissertation focuses on this, it would be interesting to hear the opinions and thoughts of those in the dance community. Are there any issues that specifically affect male choreographers or female choreographers? What difficulties are dance artists faced with today? Does working in London impact a dance maker in any way?
