YouTube is such a treasure trove of great dance clips. Here are three of our favourites - please post some of yours.
Michael Clark Dance Troupe with The Fall on Old Grey Whistle Test in 1984
This is 25 years old, but would blow you away today. So fresh! You may also enjoy a bit of punk attitude from Billy Bragg at the start, and the prim-looking presenter (is it Annie Nightingale?)
Jerome Bel - The Show Must Go On
The favourite thing I've ever seen on stage at The Place (and perhaps the most unlikely thing to ever sell-out at Sadler's Wells, where I saw it again seven years later). This clip is the 'headphones' number.
The Nicholas Brothers in Stormy Weather
This is the full length clip of the Jumpin' Jive number: you get 1'30" of Cab Calloway and his Orchestra and then -- my oh my oh my -- three minutes of the most insane duet by the incomparable Fayard and Harold Nicholas.
